IGNOU MPhil Admission

Admissions to the IGNOU MPhil program are conducted twice a year. The admission is conducted based on the NET/ University entrance test. The scores in the NET / University Entrance exam and performance in the interview finalize admissions to the M.Phil program.

Application Procedure

The application process for the IGNOU Mphil program is stated below.

• Go to the official website. 
• Click 'Register Online,' then 'Fresh Admission.'
• Select 'Click here for New Registration' in the window.
• Complete online registration.
• Log in with the required credentials.
• Complete teh application form.
• Pay the required fees.
• Click on Submit.

Entrance Exams

IGNOU conducts a national entrance exam for admission to the MPhil program. However, aspirants who have cleared the NET or other relevant exams are exempted from the IGNOU entrance test. The entrance exam is followed by an interview round. The final selection is based on overall performance in the entrance and interview round.
