Pearl Academy Entrance Exam selection process 2025 is based on two steps- a written test followed by a personal interview round. The written exam for Phase 3 was administered from May 31- June 2, 2025. While the PI Round dates have been announced to be held from June 4-5, 2025.

Pearl Academy Entrance Exam Selection Steps 2025
The steps involved in the PAF selection process 2025 are as follows:
- Merit: The admission of the candidates to different courses and levels depends on the merit list, which is prepared based on the written test (GPT/DAT/WAT).
- Personal Interview: The portfolio evaluation round is also an important step in the selection process.
- Rank and Preference: The students will be allocated to the program based on the rank and preference they select.
- Professional Certificate Course Selection: An 11-month certificate course will be offered based on the candidate's performance in the personal interview.
- Admission Cycle: The Pearl Academy exam is held in five sessions- January, April, June, August, and September. Thus the cutoff and weights are different for all of them.
- Seat Freezing: Students must then submit the required seat freezing fees to lock their seats, or else the candidate next to the merit will be offered the seat.
- Appear for Next Cycle: The candidates can attempt another session in case they do not pass the current one.
Documents to Carry for Pearl Academy Selection Process
The following documents should be carried by the candidates at the time of the selection process:
- Mark sheet of Class X.
- Mark sheet of Class XII.
- Graduation mark sheet in case the candidate opts for a post-graduation course.
- Recent colour passport-size photographs.
- ID proof
GPT and DAT Waiver
Candidates who meet the Pearl Academy Exam eligibility can also avail of the waiver of the GPT and DAT exams. The waiver is also a part of the selection process.
Waiver for UG Programs
Candidates applying for the UG programs under the Pearl Academy Entrance Exam must check the criteria shared below:
- The NATA scorecard will be considered
- The waiver will be applicable only for a 4-year UG program in the Interior and Design course
Waiver for PG Programs
Candidates applying for the PG programs under the Pearl Academy Entrance Exam must check the criteria shared below:
- CAT (minimum of 60%), MAT (a score of 500 or above), and GMAT scores (a score of 450 or above) will be considered
Candidates will be required to submit copies of the scorecard along with the application form. In case the candidates fail to provide it, their waiver will be rejected.
