NATA Application Form 2021: Last Date (April 1), Fees, Corrections, Documents Required

The application correction window for NATA 2021 has opened on March 26, 2021. The last date to make the desired changes in the application form is April 1, 2021. You have to fill in your details and your academic details while applying for NATA 2021. You also need to pay an application fee to complete your registration for NATA 2021. The information entered on the application form must be correct and valid. The documents uploaded must be as per the instructions. Please keep in mind that without paying the amount, your application will not be considered complete. All the NATA 2021 Application form details are given below.

NATA Application Form

Candidates with a minimum of 50% aggregate are eligible to register for NATA exam 2021. Applicants can fill NATA 2021 Application Form on the official website of NATA from Mar 5, 2021 onwards. An applicant needs to do NATA login for filling up for NATA application form online.

Documents to be uploaded

Candidates are required to upload the following:

Latest photograph: You need to upload a recent photograph of yourself.
Clear thumb impression: Left Thumb Impression (LTI) should be very clear. It should neither fade nor be submerged with ink.
Candidates signature: You need to upload a scanned copy of your signature.
Format: Documents have to be in jpg/jpeg format. Document size should be in A4 size format.

Documents Required to fill application form

Important documents that should be kept ready before starting the registration process for NATA are as follows:

SSC or Class 10^th Mark sheet.
One of the photo identity proof such as Passport, Driving License, UID Card, class 12^th admit card with signature and photograph, college identity card.
Scanned copy of a photograph in the required size and format. Photographs should be in JPEG format.
Debit card/ Credit card/ Net banking Details.
Preference of exam center cities should be decided beforehand.
