Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Scholarship

Buddy4Study India Foundation's initiative, the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel scholarship, is for students pursuing graduation from economically backward sections. The main aim of the scholarship is to help underprivileged students complete their higher education. Students pursuing their 1st/ 2nd year of graduation in any stream - Arts, Science, Commerce, or Special Education can apply for this scholarship scheme. Students who qualify for the scholarship will be rewarded with INR 15,000. The final date to submit the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel scholarship application must be updated, however, the expected date for 2023 will be declared soon.

Sardar Patel Scholarship Eligibility Criteria

All candidates should go through the eligibility criteria before applying to this scholarship. The candidates should fulfill the following criteria:

• Open for students studying in the 1st/2nd year of a 3-year graduation programme (in any stream including science, arts, commerce, special education). 
• The applicants must have passed class 12 board with minimum 50% marks.
• The annual family income should be less than INR 6,00,000 (6 lakhs) per annum.
• Applicants must be pursuing graduation from a recognised college/university in regular/ full-time mode. 
• Must be an Indian citizen.

Sardar Patel Scholarship Rewards

The scholarship scheme is meant for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) students. The students selected for the Sardar Patel Scholarship for Students Pursuing Graduation scholarship will receive financial assistance of Rs.15,000. The amount provided under the scholarship aims to help disadvantaged students, who cannot afford higher education to pursue and complete their higher education.

6. You will now be redirected to the ‘Sardar Patel Scholarship for Students Pursuing Graduation’ detail page.
7. Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button to begin the application process.
8. Fill the required details in the online application form.
9. Upload the necessary documents as part of the application process.
10. Click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process.

Sardar Patel Scholarship Selection Process

The candidates can complete the application procedure by logging into Buddy4Study. Scholars' selection for the 'Sardar Patel scholarship for students pursuing graduation involves a multi-stage process. The scholars will be selected based on their family income and academic background. The important steps of the selection process are mentioned below:

• Screening of scholarship applications based on financial need and academic background.
• Telephonic interviews for further shortlisting of candidates.
• Face-to-face interview for final selection (if required).
