Jamia Hamdard is a government-aided deemed university accredited in category ‘A’ for two consecutive terms by the National Accreditation and Assessment Council (NAAC). It is “perhaps the only university in Delhi accredited by NAAC for two consecutive terms,” Located in south Delhi, the university offers undergraduate, postgraduate, PhD/MPhil and diploma and certificate programmes in medicine, pharmacy, paramedical and allied health sciences, nursing, computer science, engineering and federal studies.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for taking admission in B.Tech courses at Jamia Hamdard is through JEE MAIN. Whereas in BTech (Food Technology) admission is given by both JEE MAIN or NEET as this field is specialised in Chemistry, Food chemistry, Biology and Biochemistry.

Academics & Faculty : There is a monthly test which includes a final exam at Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi. Assignments are given either once or twice, depend on the teacher, which also includes in the final semester. Projects play major role for understanding and marks too. There many courses in Jamia Hamdard. In B.tech, where courses are Computer Science and Electrical Communication Engineering. Teaching quality is good. Each teacher is attentive to every student of the class.
