  • The authority will summon only those candidates whose names are there in the merit list and conduct the KGMU BSC Nursing counselling process in offline mode. It means that the candidates who are shortlisted have to visit the University, Lucknow.
  • The authority will release the tentative dates for the conduction of all the three counselling rounds.
  • Candidates have to make a non-refundable payment of INR 500 through demand draft in favour of the Dean, Faculty of Nursing, KGMU Lucknow.
  • In case the aspirants got the seat in the University, then they must deposit a separate demand draft of INR 5,000 in favour of the Finance Officer, KGMU, Lucknow.
  • The deposited money will be refunded to the candidate’s account if they join the college; otherwise, it will be lost.
  • KGMU will issue the call letter to the qualified candidates, which will include the details required while attending the counselling session.
