PGDM Eligibility Criteria 

Fore School of Management eligibility criteria for PGDM is as follows: 

  • Fore School of Management eligibility criteria requires the candidates to have completed their class graduation in their respective streams from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% of the aggregate.
  • Candidates appearing for the final year degree exam can also apply.
  • The candidates should have scored a relevant score in the following entrance exams: CAT, conducted by the IIMs, XAT, conducted by the XLRI and GMAT. 
  • Candidates applying for the PGDM Executive course should have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% of aggregate for general candidates and a minimum of 45% aggregate for candidates belonging from the reserved categories.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience after graduation is also desirable for the selection of candidates.

  • Candidates willing to take admission in FPM should have a master's degree or its equivalent in any stream with a minimum of 60% aggregate.
  • Candidate must have obtained professional qualifications such as CA/ CS/ ICWA along with a bachelor's degree with at least 60% or equivalent grade point.
  • The candidate must have a five-year integrated master's degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point.
  • Or the applicant must have a four-year/ eight-semester bachelor's degree in BE, B.Tech or B.Arch with a minimum of 60% marks.

FPM Selection Process

Selection of the candidates is done on the basis of their CAT, GATE, GRE, JRF-UGC, CSIR, or Fore Entrance Test (FET) scores, academic performance and prior work experience, group discussion and personal interview.

The candidates fulfilling the following criteria are eligible for the programme-

The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate of all the subjects studied at any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956 or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. The Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail or minimum of 3 years of education after completing Higher Secondary Schooling (10+2) equivalent. Candidates appearing for the final year degree examination in the year 2016 can also apply subject to furnishing the proof of having passed graduation by Monday, October 3, 2016 and obtaining minimum 50% marks in aggregate total of all the subjects studied failing which the provisional admission will be cancelled and no fee will be refunded in lieu thereof. Short-listing on the basis of CAT/XAT/GMAT Score. Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Final selection on the basis of CAT/XAT/GMAT score, performance in the WAT/GD/PI, academic performance and work experience.
