- Transfer certificate from the last studied university
- Original or provisional certificate of the qualifying examination
- Consolidated mark sheets of qualifying examination
- Mark sheets of 10th and 12th
- Proof of local / Non-local status of the candidate
- Community certificate duly attested by the executive magistrate (if applicable)
