CLAT 2024: Dates, Syllabus, Result

The CLAT 2024 first seat allotment list has been released on Dec 26, 2023. CLAT 2024 results were released on Dec 10, 2023. The CLAT exam was held on Dec 3, 2023, in the offline mode from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

The registration process for CLAT counselling 2024 began on Dec 11, 2023, and was concluded on Dec 20, 2023.

CLAT 2024

The Common Law Admission Test - CLAT is a national-level entrance examination for admission into undergraduate and postgraduate courses in law. The Consortium of NLUs is the conducting body for the CLAT exam.

The Consortium of NLUs conducted the CLAT 2024 exam date on Dec 3, 2023. Every year, approximately 60,000 candidates appear for the CLAT exam.

CLAT 2024 Answer Key

CLAT 2024 provisional answer key was released at consortiumofnlus.ac.in on Dec 4, 2023. The objection window is active from Dec 4, 2023, 7:00 PM to Dec 5, 2023, 7:00 PM. Candidates can challenge the answer key within the given time by visiting the objection-raising portal.

The final answer key will be released on Dec 9, 2023. The result for CLAT 2024 exam will be declared on Dec 10, 2023.

How to Raise Objections?

Following the below mentioned steps, the candidates can raise objections against the answer key:

Step 1- Visit the official website at consortiumofnlus.ac.in
Step 2- Login to the account and click on 'Submit Objections'
Step 3- Click on 'Type of Objection'.
Step 4- Select the question number, provide the objection details and click on 'Submit Objection'.
Step 5- Click on 'Make Payment' to make the payment after submitting the objections.

CLAT Eligibility Criteria 2024

Candidates can find the Eligibility Criteria for CLAT 2024 for Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes in the list below. Knowing the eligibility criteria is important for students as it can avoid the hassle of being disqualified from further admission processes.

• CLAT UG Eligibility Criteria 2024 (Undergraduate Programmes)
  • There is no upper age limit for candidates appearing for undergraduate programmes in CLAT 2024.
  • For General category candidates, a total of 45% is required in their 12th Class.
  • For Reserved category candidates, a total of 40% in their 12th Class is required.
  • Candidates appearing for their 12th exam or waiting for their results can also appear for CLAT 2024.

• CLAT PG Eligibility Criteria 2024 (Postgraduate Programmes)
  • A degree in LLB (Bachelor of Laws) is mandatory.
  • Candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 50% in their LLB degree.
  • There is no upper age limit for CLAT PG admissions.
  • Candidates awaiting their LLB results are also eligible to apply for CLAT 2024.
