Internships starts from 3rd year.
LPU provide base for learning the basics of major area / programme / discipline.
Summer/Winter School/ International Exposure:- These Programmes generally happen in the summer vacations or winter vacations of the academic year. A summer/winter school/ international exposure is as form of educational Programme that offers courses, both academic and non-academic.
- Gain a competitive superiority on your fellow students by spending a full semester at partner foreign university.
Industry certifications, MOOCs, Hackathons / Co-curricular Competitive events, Workshops, Guest lectures, Educational Trips, Live projects, Incubation projects, Community projects, projects with NGOs etc. are an integral part of curriculum.
One of the student got selected for the University of Mississippi, USA with full scholarship of approx 1.5 Cr.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Eligibility criteria for taking admission in Bsc. Agri.Hons
-Qualifying LPUNEST and Pass with 60% aggregate marks in:
(a) 10+2 or Intermediate (with English*, Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Forestry)
OR
(b) 10+2 or Intermediate (Agriculture)
OR
(c) 2 years Diploma in Agriculture after 10th or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.
-I personally doesn't gave any exam. Got admission on the basis of 10th or 12th results.
Fees and Scholarships
Fees of the course is Rs.120000 per semester.
95% above percentage in 12th or 10th gets Rs. 48000 scholarship amount , 90-94.99% get Rs.36000 schoralship amount ,80-89.99% gets schoralship amount of Rs.24000.
Other scholarships are given on the basis of entrance test ,JEE Main, NEET and other basis.
