SUNPET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The SUNPET 2023 Eligibility Criteria is structured by the Sandip University, Nashik. Candidates must make sure to fulfil all the eligibility criteria for SUNPET 2023 before proceeding to the SUNPET 2023 Application form. Applicants can go through the SUNPET 2023 Eligibility Criteria listed below for appearing in the entrance exam.
- For admission into the PhD. The programme, you should have a Master's degree of a recognized University with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale or an equivalent grade in a point scale.
- A relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (with non-creamy layer)/NT/SBC/PWD.
- If you have cleared the M.Phil. Course work with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale or an equivalent grade is followed and completing the M.Phil. Degree.
- A relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (with non-creamy layer)/NT/SBC/PWD.
SUNPET 2023 Application Form
The SUNPET 2023 application form will be available on the official website. Candidates need to register themselves with their respective valid email id and contact number. All other required details like educational and personal details should be uploaded by the applicant within the form.
- Registration Date: Application Form will be available on the official website of Sandip University from 2023.
- Registration Fee: You will have to pay the registration fee while filling the Application Form of INR 750 for SC/ST/Female and INR 1500 for all the other category.

- The eligible candidate will have to take up the exam.
- The exam centre for all the eligible candidates will be the same.

- Question Type: The question paper will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ).

- No. of Questions & Topics: The question paper will have 2 parts, as follows:
- Part I: Questions in this part will be based on Research Methodology. This part will contain 50 objective type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) for 50 marks.
- Part II: This part is discipline-specific, that is, the candidates will have to attempt the questions from the discipline they have done their postgraduation in, such as Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Law, Physics, etc. This pat will also consist of 50 MCQs for 50 marks.
