TS EDCET 2024 application form has been released. The last date to apply for TS EDCET application form 2024 is May 6, 2024 (without late fee). However, applicants can apply till May 13, 2024 by paying the late fee of INR 250/-. Students must apply for the exam before the last date. The notification for TS EDCET was released by the Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda.
However, the authority has released the B.Ed course exam date for TS EDCET, which has been scheduled for May 23, 2024. Candidates must note that for now only the exam date has been announced, the complete schedule for the same will be released soon on the official website.

About TS EDCET
TS EDCET 2024 exam notification has been released on the official website by the conducting authorities. The full form of TS EDCET is the Telangana State Education Common Entrance Test. TS EDCET is an entrance test taken by Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda, on behalf of the Telangana State Council for Higher Education.

TS EDCET Eligibility Criteria
The TS EDCET eligibility criteria 2024 is set by the official organizing body. Candidates must make sure that they clear the eligibility criteria prior to applying for the exam. Failing to do so will result in the application being deemed invalid.
Age Limit
The candidate should be a minimum of 19 years. On the other hand, there is no maximum age limit consideration to apply for the TS EDCET exam.
Nationality
The candidates applying for the TS EDCET examination should be Indian Nationals, or the candidates should satisfy Local/Non-Local status requirements as considered by the Telangana Educational Institutions Order 1974. The candidates must meet this requirement in order to appear in the TS EDCET exam.
Educational Qualifications
The educational qualifications required to apply for TS EDCET 2024 are as follows.
- Candidates should have qualified B.A, B.Sc, B.Sc (Home Science), B.Com, BCA, BBM/ BBA, or a Master's Degree with at least 50% aggregate marks.
- Applicants should have done a Bachelor's in Engineering/Technology with a specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% aggregate marks or any other equivalent qualification.
- Students who are appearing for the final year of their degree examinations are also eligible to appear for TS EDCET 2024.
- Those who possess MBBS/ MS/ BSC(AG)/ BVSC/ BHMT/ B.Pharm and other professional and job-oriented degree courses like LLB are not eligible to apply for this exam.
- Candidates who possess a Master's Degree without having an Undergraduate study are not eligible to apply for this exam.
Note: Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC or other reserved categories should have scored at least 40% marks in the qualifying examination.

TS EDCET 2024 Exam Pattern
Candidates are required to know and understand the TS EDCET 2024 exam pattern prior to starting the preparation for the exam.
