Bihar B.Ed CET 2023 Application Form Dates 

Bihar B.Ed CET application form was released on Feb 20, 2023, and the last date to apply without a late fee was Mar 15, 2023. Candidates were able to enrol for the exam from Mar 16 - 20, 2023, by paying a late fee. The candidates are advised to keep themselves updated on the official website so that they don't miss any dates or notifications. Steps to Apply for Bihar CET B.Ed 2023 Online

Bihar CET B.Ed 2023 is a state-level entrance test where only online application is invited due to current situations. The candidates can apply for Bihar CET B.Ed entrance test on the official website. The steps for Online application for Bihar CET B.Ed application are as follows:

Step1: New Registration

As the first step of Bihar CET B.Ed 2023 application, the candidates needed to register themselves by providing a valid email ID and mobile number. The candidates needed to provide an active email address and mobile number. The candidates had received any communication by the authorities through email and SMS.

• For the online registration, the candidate has to go to “apply for the entrance test.”
• A window will open, enter the details, including name, email ID and phone number.
• An OTP verification will be done through the mobile number.
• After the verification, the candidate might have to create a password.
• Save the login ID and password for future use.
• Now the account has been created.

Step 2: Filling Application Form

While filling the application form, the applicants had to fill in the correct information. If any information provided by the candidates is invalid or misleading, it will lead to the rejection of the application form. 

Personal Section

•  Fill in the entire name (Hindi and English), their parent’s name, date of birth, category, Domicile, marital status.
• The candidate must enter their ID proof like Aadhar card/ Voter ID card/Driving license/passport number.
• The participant can enter their physical status as if they are disabled.

Address Section

• The candidate has to enter their address, house no., city, district and Pincode.
• If the participant has a different resident address, they must enter that too.
• If not, check the box and move forward to other sections.

Educational Section

• The Candidates have to enter the marks obtained. 
• Marksheets of Matriculation, 
• Mark sheets of graduation 
• Mark sheets of Post-Graduation and others (if any) 
• upload a self-attested copy of all those Marksheets mentioned.

Upload Photo 

• The candidate has to upload a scanned passport port size of their photo. 
• The photo must be between 20kb to 50kb. 

Choose Exam Centre

• The participant has to choose the exam centre they prefer.
• The candidate chooses upto 3 in the order of their priority.

Step 3: Pay Application Fee and Download Form

Once the application form was filled out, the candidates needed to make the payment. For Bihar CET B.Ed 2023 exam, the fee payment was only made online. It was advised that the candidates print the fee payment receipt once the payment is made.

• The candidate has to pay the exam fee online. Before payment of the fee, preview the application and rectify the error. 
• Pay the fees using any online payment method like wallet/debit card/credit card.
• After the payment, print the application form and save it for future use.

Documents Required for Bihar CET B.Ed 2023 Application

Bihar CET B.Ed 2023 application forms have a section for educational qualification. This particular section asks the candidate to upload their documents and information on their merit from previous education. Every document must be between 20 KB to 50 KB in size.

Bihar CET B.Ed 2023 Application Form Correction

All the form corrections have to be done within the date allotted for making corrections. If there are errors in the application, errors may interrupt the further process after the exam. Given below are instructions to make changes in the application form.

• The candidate can click on the preview to make changes before payment.
• The participant cannot change Name, Email ID and phone number.
• The candidate can make changes to the generic section, educational qualification and exam centre.

Note: There are no charges applicable for form correction.

Bihar CET B.Ed 2023 Eligibility

LNMU states a few instructions regarding the eligibility to appear for Bihar CET B.Ed entrance test. The participants have to be aware of these eligibility criteria before applying for the test. The criteria are as follows.

• For B.Ed CET 50% marks in Graduation or Post Graduation from Science/Humanities/social science/commerce streams.
• 55% marks in B.E/BTech with specialization in Science and Mathematics.
• For the Shiksha Sastri program, 50% marks in Shastri or BA with Sanskrit as a major.
• 50% mark in Shastri BA with Sanskrit in the first year or MA with Sanskrit.
• For distance learning, the participant must have experience as an Untrained service teacher or trained service teacher of Elementary school.
• Completed NCTE in Face-to-face mode.
