If you want to take admission in the first private college of Orissa i.e. Orissa Engineering College, you must appear in the JEE MAINS exam or OJEE.
Orissa engineering college is well known for its core branches, especially MECHANICAL.
As the Jee mains' rank completely depend upon the 12th board exam, only Jee marks can't lead you to get admitted in the outstanding college for mech. One must be under 3 lakh rank in Jee to get admission in this college. You may also get this college by securing a rank under 2000 in OJEE.

Basically, I had appeared for JEE Mains in 2014, I just cleared the cutoff marks. Then I'd applied for OJEE counseling because at that time various boards joined hands with JEE and agreed to give admissions on the basis of JEE Marks only in some of the states. A minimum percentage in class 12th should be 60% for admission.

You have to either appear for JEE MAIN exam or to apply for Ojee conducted by Orissa board. Getting Computer Science is a bit tougher. Otherwise, you can easily get any other any other stream with any score.
