East Point Group of Institutions is located in East Bangalore and was founded in 1997 by Dr S.M Venkatpathi, and the management is looked after by M.G Charitable Trust. East Point Group of Institutions Bangalore is affiliated with VTU. It is being approved by AICTE, GoK, RGUHS, NMC, NABH, NABL, BNU, IAP, PCI, BEAD, KSNC and many more reputed national and international bodies. EPGI’s 12 colleges offer programs ranging from Kindergarten, High School, Pre-University, Diploma, Undergraduate, Post Graduate, and Doctoral courses in faculty of Medicine and Surgery, Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Allied Sciences, Physiotherapy, Management, Commerce and Computer Application.

EPGI admissions are offered to courses across the UG and PG levels. Students seeking admission to the East Point Group courses must meet the eligibility criteria for the course of their choice. Admissions to courses like B.Tech are offered based on marks obtained in KCET/JEE Mains, and M.Tech admissions are based on PGCET/GATE Exam.

East Point Group of Institutes Bangalore Eligibility Criteria 

The East Point Group of Institutions courses' admissions are based on candidates' performance and merit. During the admissions process, the overall scores of prior grades and the results of the entrance exam required for that exam are taken into account.

B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have completed 10+2 with 45% marks in Physics and Maths, either out of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer, Electronics, or English.
• Along with this, candidates must also secure valid marks in KCET/JEE Mains.

M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed B.E/B.Tech with aggregate 50%.
• Candidates must also secure valid marks in PGCET/GATE Exam.

MBA Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed graduation with an aggregate of 50%. 
• Candidates must also secure valid marks in PGCET/KMAT/CAT/MAT Exams.

Diploma (GNM) Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have completed 10+2 with 45% marks in any discipline with English as a compulsory subject.
• The age of the candidates must not be less than 17 years and more than 35 years.
