East Point College of Engineering & Technology (ECET), Bangalore was established in 1999 by MG Charitable Trust. This college has gone from strength to strength to become one of the preferred colleges in Bangalore. The college vows to bring humanity back into education. The East Point College of Engineering and Technology was established by the Muniswamappa Gouramma Charitable Trust to impart technically advanced education to students in Bangalore. Apart from the emphasis on quality education, at EPCET the focus is also on providing an organised and stimulating environment with every possible facility. Future plans include an Information Center in USA, London, UK and in every state of the country, to collect and disseminate information. This would enable students of EPCET, to take the lead in areas that are advanced and gain a definite edge over the competition.College campus is spread over 90 acres of land. College is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University and is approved by AICTE.
The annual fee is INR 75000+ and Management fee is more than INR 1 lakh. There are government scholarships for SC/ ST and minority students. You can also get loans.
The fee is INR 50,000 per annum. The scholarship is available for SC/ST and defence students. Around 200 students avail it.
My fee currently is INR 75,000 p.a, and college fee is 25000. Currently, it has increased to around INR 95000. Scholarships will be provided when you apply It depends on income certificates etc.
75k Sc scholarships are available. About 10-12 Canara bank is providing good loans at very less interest.
The management expects little extra money for all the courses.
