Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria of Banaras Hindu University are having 18 year to not more than 22 year of age with passing the 10th and 12th in physics, chemistry, and Biology stream and minimum marks obtain is 50%. The cut-off for my course is 198 marks in B.Tech or B.sc.
