OUAT Application Form 2024 will be released separately for UG and PG programs. The official announcement of the date is yet to be made by the Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology. Based on tentative information, the OUAT UG 2024 application form is expected to be released by Apr 2024, and the PG program application form will be released by May 2024 on the official website.

Applicants are advised to check the eligibility criteria before applying for the OUAT 2024 examination. If a candidate is not eligible for the exam, their application form will be rejected, and they will not be allowed to appear. Applicants must fill in the application form details correctly and verify it once before submitting.

Moreover, applicants must fill out two forms, A and B, for the OUAT 2024 exam. Form A will consist of basic information about the candidates, such as educational details, contact details, etc. The form B consists of course preferences and document uploading. After completing both forms, applicants will have to pay the application fee.

OUAT Application Form 2024 Dates

OUAT application form 2024 dates will be announced soon by the conducting officials. Till now, the tentative date list has been shared based on which the application form for the UG program will be released by Apr 2024, and for the PG program, it will be released by May 2024 on the website.

Steps to Apply for OUAT 2024

The application process for the university entrance test will be a two-form procedure with OUAT application form A and B. Both OUAT 2024 forms are to be filled with valid details related to the candidate’s details, educational qualifications, and other relevant information.

Form A for OUAT online application form must be submitted by the applicants within the mentioned dates before the commencement of the examination. Candidates must note that the OUAT form B application form 2024 is mandatory for admission. Candidates can find the steps to register online for the OUAT 2024.

Step 1: Fill out the OUAT 2024 Application Form and Register

• To begin the OUAT online registration, applicants must go to the official website ouat.nic.in and click on the link 'Submission of Online Application Form for OUAT Common Entrance Examination 2024.'
• For OUAT 2024 registration, candidates must submit a valid email address, mobile number, and Aadhaar/enrollment number.
• They must input the proper credentials as the institution will send an SMS to authenticate it using OTP.
• OUAT application form 2024 will then appear on the screen. Participants must fill out personal information (name, gender, date of birth, religion, category, and so on), academic information, and communication information (address, email ID, and mobile number).
• After filling out all of the fields on the OUAT 2024 application form, they must click on 'Register and Proceed.' An application ID and password generated by a computer will be given to the registered mobile number via SMS.
• On the applicant's login page, candidates must use this Email address, phone number, and password as login credentials.

Step 2: Payment of Application Fees

• Applicants must pay the non-refundable application fees for the OUAT 2024 common entrance test. OUAT application fees can be paid both online and offline way.
• The costs can be paid online with a debit/credit card or net banking. They can also pay cash at a nearby Common Service Centre (Jana Seva Kendra).
• The OUAT application cost is INR 1350 for all categories of candidates.
• They must fill out the relevant payment information on the bank website, save the transaction receipt, and print it.

Step 3: Uploading Images and Documents

• After that, applicants must upload scanned photographs of their passport-sized photo and signature.
• Students pursuing graduate and doctoral degrees must also upload certificates and mark memoranda. The prospectus will detail the required documents and the size and format constraints.
• A confirmation page will appear after completing all the preceding stages. This page must be printed for future correspondence by candidates.
• The following is the format and resolution of scanned copies of photograph and signature files:
  • Photograph: The format fo the photo should be in jpg/jpeg form, and the height should be 200 x 150 (in pixels). The size of the should be between 20- 50 KB.
  • Signature: The height of the signature should be 100 x 150 (in pixels), format should be jpg/jpeg, and the file size should be between 10- 20 KB.

How to Apply for Form B in OUAT 2024 UG Program?

Candidates can log into the official website as they did to fill out OUAT 2024 application form A to avail of Form B, which is mandatory. Find the steps on how to apply for OUAT 2024 form B below.

• Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website and log in using the credentials provided.
• Step 2: They must select the " Activity " window to avail the Form B.
• Step 3: Applicants must select the link that reads “OUAT UG 2024 Application”.
• Step 4: The candidate's application number must be entered, which will be sent to their registered Email ID while filing OUAT Form A.
• Step 5: If the application number is correct, Form B with partially filled details from Form A will appear on the screen.
• Step 6: Candidates must edit the needed fields accordingly within the stipulated dates and submit the form to complete the process.

OUAT Application Form: Documents Required

Candidates must keep the needed documents ready as they fill out the OUAT form online. Both forms have to be submitted for verification and must be submitted before the OUAT 2024 application form's last date. The documents needed are mentioned below.

Important Points for OUAT Application Form A and B

As mentioned, two forms must be filled out for the OUAT application online procedure. OUAT Form A consists of personal details and information related to the exam events, such as exam centres and educational qualifications. OUAT form B application form is compulsory for the admissions process for UG courses.

• Any wrong information entered in OUAT Form B will result in the disqualification of the candidate.
• Edits and OUAT application form correction to the form can be done until the last date of submission of Form B.
• The application Form-B will be available online to those candidates who have submitted OUAT Form A. This includes candidates of J&K under PMSSS, Kashmiri Migrant, Kashmiri Pandit (Non-Migrant), and Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrant).
• No hard copies of the documents are to be submitted to the examination centre.
