Candidates will be shortlisted based on their entrance exam test results and merit in the qualifying examination. Admission to BMS, BBA-FIA, and BA (Economics) programmes are done based on Joint Admission Test (JAT) and GD/ PI. A  2 hour MCQ based entrance test is conducted for admission to B.Tech. (IT&M) and BA (Hons) Humanities and Social Sciences.

The admission schedule for UG/ PG entrance-merit based programmes for the academic year 2020-2021 is open. Eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website of Delhi University (DU). The application process for all the programs offered by the University is done online. The step-by-step application process is as follows:

  1. Visit the official website of the university.
  2. Click on the admission tab.
  3. If new user, register to provide your Name, Email ID, and Phone Number. 
  4. Login using the registered Email ID and password.
  5. Fill the application form providing personal, academic, and other necessary details.
  6. Selecting the desired courses.
  7. Upload a scanned copy of all the documents asked.
  8. Pay the application fee and submit.

The basic eligibility criteria for B.Tech admission is to pass 10+2 or equivalent with at least 60% marks in Mathematics and any three other subjects from a recognized board/ university. Candidates are selected to B.Tech (Information Technology and Mathematical Innovations) based on merit in the qualifying examination and entrance test rank 

Candidates must have completed the relevant Diploma course for admission in Advanced Diploma courses. For Diploma admission, candidates must possess prior knowledge of the subjects by completing relevant courses and admissions are given on the basis of merit in qualifying examinations. Candidates applying for Certificate Course in Pali Language & Literature and Tibetan Language & Literature must appear for an entrance test.

DUET hall-ticket will be made available on the official website of the college. The step-by-step process for DUET admit-card download are as follows:

  1. Go to the official website of the University of Delhi.
  2. Click on “Online Registration”.
  3. Log in using your Registered Email and password.
  4. Click on the link provided for admit card downloads.
  5. The admit card will be displayed on the screen.
  6. Download and print the admit card in the A4 size sheet.

  • For Msc Microbiology there are 12 seats in Department of Microbiology, University of Delhi. 6 seats are based on merit basis and the remaining 6 through an entrance examination conducted by the university.
  • Eligibility for entrance examination is Bsc general or Hons in any branch of life sciences or medical sciences from any UGC recognized university with a minimum of 60% in the qualifying exam.
  • For merit basis, the eligibility is Bsc Hons Microbiology from the university of Delhi with a minimum of 60% in the qualifying exam.
  • Cut-offs vary. For the year 2016 entrance examination 72 was the highest score.

Eligibility criteria is a student must have pass 10 + 2 with PCM for which he must be eligible for BSC I did not give any entrance examination I took admission directly into the course the cutoff can go to 85% sometimes but it depends on the category in which a person must belong to.
