Eligibility Criteria for MCA:

• The candidate must have passed Bachelor's Degree in BCA from a recognized college/university.

• The candidates from General Category must have scored minimum 50% marks and candidates from SC/ST must have scored minimum 45% marks in the PGCET entrance examination for admission to RV College of Engineering, Bangalore.

Admission Procedure:

• For the admission to RV College of Engineering, Bangalore, the students have to appear for the Entrance Examination and each examination has a separate application form to be filled and submitted separately.

• The admission process will be based on Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET)

• The admission process for Non-Karnataka students will be Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET)/ Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) conducted by Karnataka Unaided Private Engineering College Association Authority.

• There is a provision for lateral entry of 20% of intake through KEA Counseling for admission to RV College of Engineering, Bangalore.
