How to Pay RVCE Fees 2026?

Fee payments for RVCE are fully digitized and integrated with the Student Lifecycle Management (SLM) system.

  2. Navigate: Go to the "Fee Payment" tab.
  3. Generate Challan: Select the academic year and generate the fee demand note.
  4. Payment Mode: Pay via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or generate a challan for NEFT/RTGS transfer.
  5. DD Payment: Demand Drafts (if allowed) must be drawn in favor of "Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust" (for Management) or "Principal, RVCE" (for College fees).
  6. Receipt: Download the e-receipt immediately after transaction success for submission to the accounts section.

RVCE Fee Refund Policy 2026

RVCE Bengaluru, follows UGC guidelines for fee refunds on  2026 admission cancellation/withdrawal. These rules apply especially to new admissions (e.g., first-year UG/PG via KEA, COMEDK, or management quota).
