How to Pay RVCE Fees 2026?
Fee payments for RVCE are fully digitized and integrated with the Student Lifecycle Management (SLM) system.
- Login: Access the official RVCE SAP Student Portal (https://rvce.edu.in) using your SAP Student Identification Number (as username) and password.
- Navigate: Go to the "Fee Payment" tab.
- Generate Challan: Select the academic year and generate the fee demand note.
- Payment Mode: Pay via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or generate a challan for NEFT/RTGS transfer.
- DD Payment: Demand Drafts (if allowed) must be drawn in favor of "Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust" (for Management) or "Principal, RVCE" (for College fees).
- Receipt: Download the e-receipt immediately after transaction success for submission to the accounts section.
Note: Payment windows are time-limited (e.g., 2-3 weeks, with possible extensions). If online fails (e.g., bank limits), you can use NEFT/RTGS (details in circular) or visit the accounts section.
RVCE Fee Refund Policy 2026
RVCE Bengaluru, follows UGC guidelines for fee refunds on 2026 admission cancellation/withdrawal. These rules apply especially to new admissions (e.g., first-year UG/PG via KEA, COMEDK, or management quota). The college's student handbook notes that fees once paid are generally non-refundable for ongoing students or temporary withdrawals, but admission cancellations are governed by UGC norms.
- 15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission: 100% refund
- Less than 15 days before the last date: 90% refund
- 15 days or less after the last date: 80% refund
- 30 days or less (but more than 15 days) after the last date: 50% refund
- More than 30 days after the last date: 0% refund (No refund)
