At the Undergraduate level, the College offers Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). The academic duration of the course is 4 years comprising of eight semesters plus 1 year compulsory rotating Internship.

Manipal College of Dental Sciences offers PG Diploma for a duration of 2 years in Dental Materials.
