The College was established in 1988. The foundation is named after his father late, a distinguished educator who began his teaching career in 1939 and played a key role in establishing S.V.H. Higher Secondary School and B.E.M. High School in Mangalore. He believed in education as a tool for societal transformation, a philosophy shared by his wife, Smt. Indiramma Shama Rao.
The foundation aims to provide quality education to shape responsible citizens and develop competent professionals. The Srinivas Group runs 16 colleges across three campuses Pandeshwar, Valachil, and Mukka—serving over 12,000 students.
