WBJEE 2023 Counselling
The WBJEE 2023 counselling is conducted by the respective authority for every qualified candidate in the exam. Candidates will have to register themselves for the counselling procedure from 20 July 2023 through online mode.
The WBJEE 2023 counselling procedure is conducted in various rounds according to the available seats. The seats will be allotted to the students based on their rank in the merit list. Candidates need to carry all required documents at the time of the counselling procedure for the verification round.

WBJEE 2023 Eligibility Criteria
WBJEE 2023 aspirants are advised to check the eligibility requirements before filling out the application form. Given below are the WBJEE 2023 eligibility criteria to be fulfilled by all candidates:
General Eligibility Criteria
- Age Criteria: The candidate must be 17 years as of 31 December 2023 to get admission to Engineering/ Technology programs
- For admission to the marine engineering course, the minimum age of the candidate should be 17 years as of 31 December 2023, and the maximum age will be 25 as of 31 July 2023
- Residential Status: The candidates belonging to the reserved category willing to take admission to the government technology colleges or engineering courses must be a resident of West Bengal.
Academic Eligibility Criteria for Engineering
- The candidates must have passed the 10+2 level, or its equivalent exam recognized by the Central Government or State Government concerned
- He/ she must have Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects in Class 12th and any student from the Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science & Computer Application securing 45% marks (40% marks for SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, PWD Categories) in the qualifying subjects
- Candidates must have qualified English in Class 12 with a minimum of 30% marks
Academic Eligibility Criteria for Pharmacy
- The applicants must have passed the Class 12 or its equivalent from a recognized board or university
- He/ she must have passed Class 12th with Physics & Chemistry as mandatory subjects & for anyone who has taken Mathematics, Biology, Computer Science & Computer Application, the qualifying marks should be 45% marks (General) & 40% marks for reserved candidates
- The candidates must qualify for English subjects in Class12 with 30% marks.

WBJEE 2023 Admit Card
The WBJEE 2023 admit card was released by the exam authority after the successful registration process. It was available from the 20 April 2023. Only registered candidates could download their admit cards online.
Candidates were required to enter their login details to download the WBJEE admit card. On successful login, the admit card appeared on the screen. Candidates needed to take the printout of the application form for any future reference. Candidates without their admit cards were not allowed to take the examination.
WBJEE 2023 Answer Key
The WBJEE 2023 answer key is released by the exam authority a few days after the completion of the examination. Candidates will be able to check their provisional answer key online on the website of the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board. The WBJEE Board also releases the objection facility along with the provisional answer key in online mode for the candidates.
WBJEE 2023 Result
The WBJEE 2023 result is released by the authority online mode on 26 May 2023. It was prepared based on the final answer key by the authority through online mode. Candidates were able to download their results by entering their login details on the official website. The final result will not be sent to any candidate individually through post or any other offline mode.
