Placements and Internships
The university offers excellent placements in companies like Samsung, Google, Microsoft, Synopsis, Cypress semiconductor, KPIT electronics, and CTS.
The average package offered is around INR 4 to 5 lakh and the highest package offered is INR 31 lakh. The companies hire for electronics, IT, and also other fields. Students have multiple job offers at the end of the course if they are working sincerely.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are many hostels available in the campus and they charge INR 84,000 per annum as hostel fees. The food is excellent and offers a vast variety.
The classrooms are spacious and equipped with projectors which make the learning quite interesting and interactive. The wi-fi facility and campus infrastructure is also good.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
I gave JEE exam and my rank was below 1 lakh so I got 50 % discount on my academic fee.
The admission to the course is also done based on CUSAT exam and it offers you a very good scholarship if you manage to get good rank in the entrance test.
Academics and Faculty
The faculty is experienced doctorates from prestigious institutions and guide students with their vast knowledge and experience.
Fees and Scholarships
The fee structure is fine as per the facilities provided by the university. The well-equipped labs, classrooms, and other important facilities like availability of e-resources, library, sports, etc. justify the fee structure of the university.
Clubs and Associations
There are many student societies available in the university. University holds annual events like Tech invent, Cultural fest, Sports meet, etc to engage the students and help them out in overall development.
Life in college is very exciting as many extracurricular activities keep students relaxed throughout the semester.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : CUCET is a National level web-based entry test directed by licensed Chandigarh University. It is a compulsory test for acknowledgment into UG projects of Engineering, Pharmacy, Agriculture and Integrated Law, and MBA. CUCET was dispatched by the Honorable Minister of Education Shri R.P. Nishank.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Chandigarh University has launched CUCET, a common entrance exam for all courses. For PhD gave the same exam, and the level of questions was good. Also, I received 50% scholarships, or you can say fee concession, as I scored 92% in the entrance exams. Cut off is decided as per total candidate appeared and what's the highest score anyone obtained accordingly merit list is made. And eligibility criteria to opt for engineering is a minimum of 50% in 12th from a recognized university.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are many hostels, I did not avail the hostel facility so I dont know much. But we were allowed to take mess food though, by paying minimal charges of Rs. 30 per meal. The quality and taste of the food is good.

Academics & Faculty : Chandigarh University is the best university with NAAC A+ Accreditation. The daily routine is from 9:00 to 4:30. It has excellent placement records. Experienced faculty which provides practical hands-on training, knowledge (which is beneficial for the student to achieve top position on campus and out campus selection interview). Overall the best experience you will get at Chandigarh University.
