I did my internship rather industrial training from Habak Grid for four weeks and URI II for another four weeks in EE. Since it was just learning program, I didn't receive any stipend. Internet facilities are well equipped.
Yep..hostels with the college campus and outside at the KU campus exist. Also, PG is available. Food in the hostel is good and hygienic. Classrooms are well furnished, with functional electrical sockets, projectors, whiteboard and arrangements for both winters and summers are available.
The daily routine is good. Well qualified professors mostly permanent faculty are in charge. Projectors and board-marker method is employed
Per year the fee amounts to Rs 40000, and Rs 48000. Yes, a scholarship is available for students whose monthly family income is below or equal to 120000. Once you go for the scholarship in the first year, then only you need to renew it yearly. Loans are not given by the college
The college hosts its own fests and has its sports committee as well. Festivals aren't much of a thing at our college..but our college does represent in various festivals hosted by KU like Sonzal or other extra co-curricular activities

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria to enter BTech course in Kashmir University is to qualify JEE mains and then report to the admission department with detailed information about your board exam certificate's and JEE main report card and then the University will publish the list of selected candidates on its website. I took JEE mains to get qualified in my respective University. The cutoff of my course is 50 points in JEE Mains.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Candidate must clear the JEE MAIN exam and must be passed in 10+2 with minimum 60% of marks. Minimum 50 cutoff mark is required.
