Srivalli Kadali's Review on UPES, Dehradun

As all know UPES has a high reputation in the corporative world and has good placements record. Many companies will visit the campus every year. Getting internships we're also easy since the placements department has good contacts. Minimum Salary package that we got as an M.Tech student is 4 lakhs per annum and the maximum package is 31 lakhs per annum ( International placement) UPES college maintains the alumni network and conducts get together program every year

The only drawback is the college has very less space, so college hostel has very less capacity. Many PG's we're available near to college & it will cost nearly 1 lakh per year. The food court is available inside the college at affordable rates. Wi-Fi is available inside the campus

Entrance for UPES for masters is changed from last year. They introduced exam followed by the interview. Management of UPES will consider the standard of the college that you have done in the B.Tech too but that screening will be done before realizing the results of the interview round.

Program structure was nice. The class will be 5day/week Lectures will follow many methods and along with curriculum, UPES will provide personal development class which will be very useful for future. Overall experience is good. I must say that I learned a lot in UPES

M.Tech fee nearly 4.5 lakhs for entire course M.Des or MBA courses will cost around 8.5 lakhs. UPES has contacts with banks like Yes bank and helps to get education loan or otherwise we can get an educational loan from our banks too. It became very feasible these days.

There are many societies and conducts many programs UPES students are marvellous in every activity the Main fest is Urja (may be spelling was wrong), this is annual cultural fest, other than this there will be a fresher party, Onam, Vinayaka Chaturvedi. There are very beautiful places near to Dehradun, so we can plan small trips in weekend's or in holidays
