I wrote WBJEE and because Jadavpur university is the top university of Calcutta for engineering perspective.
The cutoff is top 1500 ranks and number that u must have to obtain out of 240 is 130+

Entrance Exams & Admissions : There was two procedure to take admission GATE rank holder and non-GATE rank holder. For both of this procedure, separate entrance examinations have to be given.
