Admission at Jadavpur University is done through WBJEE exam ( mainly). But there are 10% seats which are for jee-main candidates. You have to give WBJEE exam which conducted by WBJEE board every year. You have to pass your 12th with 60% in PCM. The cutoff for b.tech below 2000. But if you want to a good branch then you have to work more on WBJEE exam.Placements & Internships

Jadavpur University is one of the finest and top universities in eastern India and the number one ranked university in West Bengal. It is ranked 6th among the architecture schools in India as per some of the reports. To be eligible to apply for architecture in this university, you have to be a student of science in your higher secondary studies. Post that, you have to apply for either Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains Paper 2 or a combination of West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam (WBJEE) plus National Aptitude Test for Architecture (NATA). It is preferable to apply for WBJEE and NATA because the seats for this combination are higher in number.
