Candidates must note that the Kerala University PG CSS Entrance Exam is for 100 marks and includes MCQ-based questions. Moreover, it involves a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong response.
Documents Required for Kerala University Admission 2026
Bring these documents in original along with self-attested photocopies when you report to the department for admission. APAAR ID is mandatory for all candidates at the time of admission.
For FYUGP and PG admissions:
- Printout of the completed online application form
- Admission Memo issued by the University
- Certificate to prove date of birth (SSLC/Class 10 certificate)
- Mark list and certificate of the qualifying examination (Plus Two for FYUGP; Degree mark lists for PG)
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the institution last attended
- Course and Conduct Certificate
- Migration Certificate from the Board/University last studied
- Caste/Community Certificate from Village Officer/Tahsildar (for SC/ST candidates)
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (for SEBC candidates)
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate or Community Certificate (for OEC candidates claiming SC/ST seats or fee concession)
- EWS Certificate from Village Officer/Revenue Authority (for EWS candidates)
- Eligibility/Equivalency Certificate from University of Kerala (for candidates from other universities or boards other than Kerala HSE/VHSE/CBSE/ISC)
- Passport-size photographs (as specified)
- Undertaking as per anti-ragging verdict of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India (Annexure VIII of prospectus)
- Anti-Drug Declaration Form (Annexure IX of prospectus)
- Transgender Identity Card issued by State Government (if applicable)
- Original certificates for NCC/NSS/SPC/Scout & Guides bonus marks (if claimed)
- Certificate of Disability from District Medical Board (for PWD candidates, issued within the last 12 months)
- Sports achievement certificates from competent authority countersigned by Kerala State Sports Council (for Sports Quota candidates)
For MBA admissions, additionally carry:
- Original mark lists of qualifying degree (for IMK programmes, also email mark lists to imkadmission@gmail.com before the application deadline)
- Original KMAT/CMAT/CAT scorecard
- Work experience certificate in original (for MBA Evening programme candidates)
