The institute holds a 100% placement record every year. Over 101 recruiters participated in the placement process in 2022, and 501 students were placed, according to TAPMI Placements 2022. The average salary package was estimated to be around INR 12.5 LPA, while the highest package available was INR 32.2 LPA. TAPMI Manipal offers various undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in the field of Management. TAPMI Manipal Admission

Applicants will be shortlisted based on valid CAT (Common Admission Test) 2022/XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) 2023/GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) January 1, 2018- January 31, 2023/ NMAT by GMAC 2022 scores, whichever is higher. The courses offered include MBA, BBA, and PhD in management. Applicants can submit more than one test score. The entrance examination cutoff may vary each year slightly across programs, depending upon the profile of applicants and the suitability of the profile to a specific program. Students shall be informed about the shortlist decision on their registered email address.

Stage II of the TAPMI admission process consists of Moderated Group Discussion (MGD) and Personal Interview (PI) defined below. Also, TAPMI makes suitable changes every year in the MGD/PI process to select bright and deserving candidates. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about changes for the 2023-25 admission process, if any, in advance.

• Moderated Group Discussion (MGD): Moderated Group Discussion tests the ability of the applicant to interact within a group and enrich the discussion. MGD also evaluates applicants' skills in Problem Solving, Confidence, Assertiveness, Persuasion, Collaboration and Communication.
• Personal Interview (PI): Through the personal interview, TAPMI evaluates the applicant's overall attitude and suitability towards management education, including aspects such as Self- Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Leadership and Communication.

TAPMI Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria vary from course to course. Some of the courses and their eligibility are stated below.

MBA Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants should have a graduate degree with not less than 50% marks from a recognized university and the final year students may also apply.
• Candidates must have valid CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/NMAT by GMAC scores.

EPGPM Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have a graduate degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognized university.
• Applicants must have a valid eligibility test score.
• Applicants must have the minimum work experience required by the institution.

Ph.D. Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must have a master's degree in management with a minimum of 60% aggregate from a recognized university.
