TAPMI placements 2023 achieved new records for the PGDM course. T A Pai Management Institute placements 2023 secured 100% placements for students of the PGDM program. The TAPMI highest package in 2023 was recorded as INR 24.8 LPA. T A Pai Management Institute invites the best recruiters in the market during the internship and placement drives covering various sectors such as Consulting, Automobiles, BFSI, FMCG, IT, etc.

More than 100 recruiters have participated in the TAPMI Manipal placements 2023. Companies like Ernst and Young, Deloitte, Accenture Consulting, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase and Co., ITC Limited, Nestle, Tata Capital, Tech Mahindra, etc., are some of the TAPMI top recruiters. The sheer diversity of recruiters across all domains and the extensive participation of overseas companies are the epitome of TAPMI's global stature.

TAPMI Manipal has concluded the internship drive 2023 with a 100% internship percentage. The institute has placed all 500 students who have opted for internship assistance from the institute. The highest stipend offered for students in 2023 was recorded as INR 1.25 Lakhs. Bajaj Finserv offered the highest stipend in 2023 for two PGDM students.

TAPMI Placement Highlights 2023

The TAPMI placement season created an excellent record for the 2021-23 batch. Out of 484 students from the 2023 batch, all 484 students were placed during final placements. The TAPMI average package in 2023 for the PGDM General program was INR 14.6 LPA. Some of the key highlights of TAPMI placements 2023 are tabulated below.

According to the official TAPMI placement report 2023, all specialisations of the PGDM program recorded 100% placements. The highest package in 2023, INR 24.80 LPA, was offered to students of the PGDM General program. However, the PGDM BKT program had the highest YOY average package growth, 5.4X, in 2023. The PGDM BKFS program is followed by the PGDM Marketing (INR 14.80 LPA) and PGDM General (INR 14.60 LPA) programs. During 2023 placements, TAPMI Manipal has managed to place all students from every PGDM program offered. All 367 students from the PGDM General program were placed during the 2023 placements. TAPMI Placement Cell

The TAPMI placement cell is committed to providing guidance and preparing students to excel in the industry by honing their soft skills, including communication skills, resume writing, and behavioural skills. This comprehensive training is delivered through a range of activities, such as workshops, industrial visits, seminars and guest lectures by experienced industry leaders, etc. The TAPMI Manipal placement cell organises industry immersion workshops and internships to keep students up to date regarding industry trends.

The placement cell also provides career planning and counselling to help students choose the right electives and understand career opportunities. The T A Pai Management Institute placement cell conducts live projects and several corporate competitions.

TAPMI Internship 2023

TAPMI Manipal ensures students get holistic experiential learning through the eight-week internship process. The highest and average stipends offered during the TAPMI Manipal internship drive 2023 were INR 1.25 Lakhs per Month and INR 0.33 Lakhs per Month, respectively. Bajaj Finserv, HDFC Bank, JPMC, Optiv, TITAN, Tresvista, GEP, Optum, VIP Industries, and Nestle are the top ten recruiters regarding stipend in 2023. Summer Internship Program is where students learn to be managers and apply their classroom knowledge to solve complex business problems.

During the academic term of the postgraduate program, the students are required to do a two-month Summer Internship program in a reputed organisation, starting in the first week of April. The internship is a 6-credit course in which students are evaluated based on their performance and feedback from the organisation they work with. Students who have performed well in the TAPMI summer internship will have the opportunity to convert the internship offer into a job offer.

The institute has recorded 100% of internships during TAPMI Manipal summer internships 2023. HDFC Bank offered a monthly stipend of INR 1.20 Lakhs for 11 students in 2023. Around 25 internship offers were made by Ernst and Young for students of the PGDM program in 2023. The Ernst and Young company is followed by JP Morgan and Chase (21 offers), Havells (18 offers), and Deloitte (18 offers). Around 40 companies from the Financial Services sector participated in the 2023 internship drive and recruited 112 PGDM students.
