IIIT Pune admission 2025 is ongoing. It offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph. D. programs. The admission process for these programs is done based on JEE-Mains or by state-level entrance exams, namely MHT CET for Undergraduate and GATE examination for Postgraduate.Through the MHTCET PCM group, one will be able to get admission to all the government and private engineering colleges of Maharashtra.

IIIT Pune Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria for IIITP courses depend on the type of course chosen. It offers courses such as B.Tech, M.Tech, etc. Mentioned below are a few courses along with their eligibility criteria

B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• To be eligible for JEE Main, one must secure at least 75% marks in the Class 12th board examination.
• As for the students belonging to the SC/ST/PwD, they need to score at least 65%.
• The admission to the B. Tech course are done based on the ranks the student will secure in JEE Main, including JoSAA Counselling.
• The candidate should have secured a valid score in the MHTCET examination. 

M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• For Masters in IIIT, Pune candidates should have completed their B. Tech in the relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• Candidates must have scored a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA on a 10-point scale for admission into any program of M. Tech.
• Candidates must have a valid GATE score.

PhD. Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have M. Tech/M. Sc/M. E degree in relevant areas with a minimum of 65% or 7.0 CGPA.
• Or B. Tech/B. E with a minimum 70% or 6.5 CGPA in the concerned discipline.
