ACADEMICS & FACULTY

We have our class from 9 to 4pm everyday and 9 to 1.15pm on Saturday. Teachers use projectors amd ppts to explain the topics, and give very relative examples. They give assignment that is important for our exam point of view to complete within the deadline.


CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS

There are a lot of options and clubs in which the students can participate. There are many social activities also. There is one tech fest of 3 days in every odd semester of year. Overall college life is very good. We get many opportunities to learn amd grow while doing fun .

Class timing changes according to the academic calendar which is prepared by the college or PU. A number of assignments and monthly exams are taken. The teaching method of some professor is outstanding but some professors are worst. Till now experience was nice.


CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS

Jishn festival days, cultural program, sports week and yoga days celebration are the main events on the campuses. In general college life is good.

Class starts at 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Assignments are compulsorily given after completion of every Unit. Quality of teaching method is really Good. Teachers are helpful and very friendly.


CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS

There is a number of clubs and societies present in the college like Entrepreneurship Club, Coding Club, HR Club, NSS club etc. Main festivals are Tech Fests, Cultural Fest, Art Fest, Sports Week. Life in college is good.

There are many technical clubs available for students to join . Entrepreneurship cell is available. Festivals are not large and grand but are enough good. Sports week is held every year with large students participating. College has a friendly environment but the crowd is well handled with discipline by hods and staff and principal.

The college timing is from 9 am to 4 pm, one hour for each lecture and two hours for practical on daily basis. The method of teaching is strict. Students are expected to maintain 75% attendance.

We have NSS club in our college. Every year in Feb "Jishin" fest is celebrated. The life in college is good. An initiative of Microsoft club is started this year.

Classes start at 9.00 am sharp and end at 4.00pm. Teachers are very helpful when it comes to projects. They are at every step to guide you. University level exams are held at the given time table by university only. But college level exams are conducted regularly. Method of teaching is very nice. They use projector, scanner and the old black board also. Overall experience at college is very good. The attendance of 75% is compulsory

CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS
There are different clubs like NSS, EDC, MCC etc. These clubs organize various seminar, meeting, activities and camp also. Not many events are organized in the college. Only an annual cultural+tech fest called Jishin and a sports week per year. 75% attendance is compulsory and the college is very strict towards defaulters. Not much competitive environment is there who like competition.

There is NSS (national service scheme) available. The main tech fest is called as 'Jishn' and many cultural events are also held here. The college magazine 'oyster' is very popular.

We have classes from 9:00 am. Projects are given according to your choice and the assignments are given at the end of the semesters. The teaching method is done through the digital way like ppt. Overall my experience is okay.

We have NSS, CIS, CESA, ITECHSA, and MCC (Microsoft Campus Commune). We have "Jishin" which involves both cultural and technical fest along with sports. Life at college is fine.

  • The teaching quality is average.
  • My overall college experience is good.

  • The Quality and method of teaching vary from mediocre to good.

  • The languages spoken are Marathi, Hindi, English. However, the predominant language seems to be Marathi.
  • There is no international exposure to any of the student at Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering For Women (BVCOE Pune), Pune.

CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS
  • Each department has an own club that conducts seminars, workshops, Guest lectures etc.The college a magazine Oyster has won The Best College magazine award from the University for the past two years.
  • The college( also hosts a national tech fest Jishinn every year at Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering For Women (BVCOE Pune), Pune.
  • There is no sports infrastructure per se of the college except for a dark room it calls Gym room. However, there is the vast ground of Bharti University in front where cricket, football, etc is played. 

SOCIAL ATMOSPHERE
  • The overall atmosphere is very much like that of a school at Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering For Women (BVCOE Pune), Pune.
  • The college life is said to be one of the best experiences of a person's life. But in this college, you won't have many such experiences. Around 60% crowd is from small town areas.
  • The hostel life is the best (lots of parties :) ). But it again depends upon the people around you. Lots of restaurants and other small eatries at the back market. There are also Sari Day, Traditional Day, Theme Day etc.

Bharati Vidyapeeth’s College of Engineering for Women was established on June 2000, with the collective efforts of experts having long and outstanding academic experience in the field of professional education with the mission ‘Social transformation through dynamic education.

At this institute emphasis is given to train the deserving young women who have an ambition to pursue higher education in engineering and is desirous of acquiring skills to meet the demands of fast growing industries, Technical education and research facility.

The college campus boasts of lush greenery that provides an academic ambience and a serne atmosphere far away from the hustle noises of the disturbing crowds of the city. The college built up area and the infrastructure is as per the norms of AICTE, New Delhi.

The infrastructure plays crucial role in education. The infrastuctural facilities that college has are really unmatched in Pune University.

Hostel facilities:

Bharati Vidyapeeth has developed five spacious hostels, Hostels - 'A', 'B', 'C', 'E' and the Nursing Hostel, in the Katraj-Dhankawadi campus. All the hostels have been equipped for students of different faculties. Accommodation is available for approximately 144 students.
