Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Mechanical Engineering), batch of 2019
8/10
ACADEMICS & FACULTY

Classes start @9 Am and may end up @5 PM or early depending on your branch. Assignments are given to IT people while designing assignments to mech people. Teaching is interactive and fun. Nice.

CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS

There are Technical as well as Cultural clubs and these are famous and work hard to achieve the task in hand. There are in all 4 fests one tech fest one sports fest one gathering and one boat club fest. Life is easy with proper perseverance everything seems decent and you can learn a lot being open to everything you get in this college.

Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Civil Engineering), batch of 2021
4/10
ACADEMICS & FACULTY

There is a perfect balance between academic and extracurricular activities. We have around 50 clubs which cater to the interests of every student. We have four major student organised fest which enhance the management skills and communication skills of students. The classes are from 9-5 but we have around 5-6 hours of teaching and labs everyday. Method of teaching is good but there are some loopholes like any other college. The best part is that COEP is an autonomous institute and is on the verge of becoming an independent University by next year. So our syllabus is up to date and industry oriented moreover it is quite similar to what is followed by top IIT's in the country.

CLUBS & ASSOCIATIONS

The college hosts more than 50 clubs which cater to the needs and interests of any and every individual. There are 4 major fests-

1.Mindspark(best technical fest in Maharashtra after IIT Bombay)

2.Impressions(cultural fest and quite renowned)

3.Zest(sports fest and considered among top 10 festivals in India)

4.Regatta (Is the annual festival of boat club and it is in the 90th edition now) Regatta is the unique festival as no engineering college has a boat club in India.

And every COEPian is proud of Regatta. Overall the college is buzzing with different types of events around the year.
