Morethan 60 percent of batch gets placed. Many Alumni have started startups and are still connected with the students and staff of IITD.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : To join an IIT one must crack JEE Advanced exam. One will be eligible to write JEE after completing his twelfth standard.To write JEE Advanced exam firstly, one must get qualified in JEE Mains exam. After getting qualified in JEE mains then JEE Advanced is needed to be attempted and admission is done on the basis of the All India ranks in this exam. Firstly, I wrote JEE Mains and got qualified in it and attempted for JEE Advanced. Cutoffs lie differently for different ones due to possession of reservation (if any).

Fees & Scholarships : The course fee for all the specializations of B.Tech is INR 90,000 per annum. The course fee at Indian Institute of Technology, [IIT] Delhi is also different for different people based on the financial condition of the family. Scholarships are also offered for the merit students to which one must apply. There are many scholarship options available. Educational loans are available easily if one is joining an IIT and it can be of any bank.

Academics & Faculty : In first year, all the students from different departments have the same courses courses. Classes start at 8 AM and end at 4 PM. Classes are present in morning but only in some slots i.e., like from 8-10 there will be classes and then from 1 PM, there will be labs. From second year the selection of courses and slot lies within the student. The teaching quality is good. Some professors teach in an innovative and Logical way. The overall experience in college is excellent. It was very wonderful.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are over 13 hostels present in which 11 for boys and 2 girls. The hostels are good with high-speed LAN connection and wifi. The hostel fee is around INR 30k per year. The food in college is also good and healthy with hygiene mess facility.The mess fee is around INR 25k per year. Classes are held in a Lecture Hall Complex which has full of AC classrooms. The library is a book boon for the campus. Labs are equipped. Highspeed Wifi is present all over the campus.

Clubs & Associations : There are many student societies and associations in the campus such as BSW, BSA, SMP,etc., and also many clubs such as dance, music, painting, photography.etc.,(cultural) and Robotics, Axlr8r, Aeromodelling, IGEM,(technical). Rendezvous is the most famous festival in India which is a cultural fest and Tryst is the technical fest. Sportech is the sports fest held on the campus. The life in college is just awesome.
