  • Students can apply for FMS Admission through the application portal available at the official website of the institute.
  • Personal, Education, Course details need to be filled out by the applicant and upload the following scanned documents :

FMS Admission Fees

  • The fee structure of FMS is one of the lowest in the country for MBA programs. The FMS fee structure varies with the program chosen. Yearly fees of the MBA Program is INR 10,480/-

  • Initial shortlisting of candidates are based on their CAT scores for MBA admission.
  • After the initial shortlisting the candidates have to go through components of the selection process such as Group Discussion and Personal Interview etc.

BAMS/BUMS/BHMS or Master Degree with 55% marks in Biotechnology/ Genomics/

Pharmacology/ Anthropology/ Zoology and 5 years experience in Healthcare Administration.

FMS Ph.D Admission 2020

  • Initial shortlisting of candidates are based on their CAT scores for MBA admission.
  • After the initial shortlisting the candidates have to go through components of the selection process such as Group Discussion and Personal Interview etc.
  • Students who meet the following criteria are exempted from CAT :

    1. Teachers of the University of Delhi holding permanent, temporary or ad-hoc positions and having completed two years of service as a teacher in a Department/Constituent College of the University of Delhi.

    2. Applicants in receipt of national fellowships such as:

           (i) University Teaching Assistantship
           (ii) JRF through UGC/NET and CSIR/NET
           (iii) Fellowship of CSIR/ICAR/ICSSR/ICHR/ICMR or from any other recognized Government Institutions/Organizations
           (iv) Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowships of UGC for SC/ST
           (v) SAP Fellowships of UGC
           (vi) Project JRF/Project Assistant
          (vii) Candidates with UGC (Non-NET) Fellowship

FMS Admission FAQs

  • Is work experience necessary for FMS MBA Admission?
    - Work Experience of 5 years is a necessary eligibility criterion for the MBA executive program. However, it is not required for the full-time MBA program/

  • Does FMS accept GMAT scores?
    - FMS accepts GMAT scores only in the case of foreign national admissions. Only CAT scores are applicable for Indian Nationals.

  • Is there any reservation for female candidates?
    - For female students applying to FMS, 3% is added to their aggregate marks while appearing for the interview.

  • Admission in Faculty of Management Studies is based on your CAT score. It is the sole criteria of shortlisting students.
  • There are no such eligibility criteria though girls are given preference while shortlisting.
  • For the final selection, you've yo undergo an extempore followed by a personal interview round. The combined score of your CAT percentile (85℅), Extempore (5%), PI (10%) is considered for final admission.
  • To have a realistic chance to convert a call in this prestigious B-school, a percentile over 99.3 is warranted.

It is quite hard to get selected in FMS for MBA. Although Cut off is high in CAT exam. You should have good percentile in CAT exam to get admission in FMS Delhi.

Selection to the FMS MBA FT course will be based on Personal interview, Group discussion and CAT score Shortlisted candidates are then called for a Group discussion and Personal interview round. The final selection is based on the cumulative performance of the candidate in the CAT Score as well as the group discussion and personal interview round.

Hii.. Anshika, it is compulsory to give CAT exam for admission into FMS Delhi, Candidates who have not taken CAT exam will not be considered for admission process, so better you start preparation for CAT exam itself, but Admission to two year evening MBA Executive and MBA Executive (Health Care Administration) Programmes will be based on Academic: Graduation Marks, Executive Experience, General Ability Test (GAT) and Personal Interview. hope its clear now..

Hi Hardik,

Foreign Nationals who are studying in India are required to write CAT and appear for the interview. Foreign Nationals with Indian degrees (those who are not currently staying in India) are required to submit GMAT scores (minimum score 650) and Foreign Nationals with foreign degrees are advised to submit GMAT and TOEFL scores for admission in FMS.

Hi Vineet,

In FMS admissions happen through CAT scores, GD/PI & Extempore, the percentile is a 100%! For non-reserved category cut-off is in the range of 98.2-98.8 percentile in CAT.
