The COEP Placements Cell holds regular training courses for students in order to increase their industry awareness. Placement Unit of the College of Engineering Pune is also capable of offering a wide range of training courses that are up to date with industry requirements. One of the main goals of undergraduates at the College of Engineering Pune is to work for large corporations. College placements provide students with opportunities to work for a variety of reputable businesses.

COEP Placement Highlights

The COEP Pune 2021 batch had 1152 students registered, out of which 515 students were placed. The highest package bagged was INR 33.80 LPA. The COEP placement average salary was INR 6.5 LPA, with more than 100 companies participating in the placement drive. Table below shows the in-depth highlights of COEP Pune placements 2021-22:

COEP Placement Cell

COEP placements and training cell is dedicated to providing training and placement opportunities to the students. The main objective of the cell is to arrange recruitment for the B.Tech and M.Tech students. It organises workshops on how to create resumes and how to face interviews. The cell aims to provide at least one job to all the students and connect all the students with the industry for various sponsorships and internships. It acts as a link between the workers and the various industries. COEP creates an environment that is both competitively tough and pleasant to train in. The experience provided at COEP is not just about technical skill, but also about a broad understanding of the world that shapes future chances for students in an ever-changing environment.
