Counselling Procedure after MHT CET Result 2024

The MHT CET counselling procedure is conducted via online mode after the declaration of the MHT CET results and the preparation of the final merit list. The steps involved in the MHT CET counselling process are as follows:

• Registration: Candidates will first have to register online for the MHT CET counselling at mahacet.org by filling in all the mandatory fields such as personal details, contact details, and category details and answering security questions.
• Qualification & Examination Details: The students should enter all the academic and qualification details, such as class 10th and 12th details.
• Uploading Documents: Candidates need to then upload the photographs and signatures according to the mentioned specifications.
• Payment of Counselling Fee: Qualified candidates do not have to pay the counselling fee for MHT CET 2024. Only the candidates applying on the basis of JEE Main scores will have to pay the counselling fee.

MHT CET Counselling 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Maharashtra State Candidates/Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir/Union Territory of Ladakh Migrant Candidates

Such candidates must clear HSC or equivalent exam with Physics and Maths as mandatory subjects together with Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subjects. Further, they should secure a minimum of 45% marks in these subjects. For reserved categories, the minimum mark requirement is 40%. The candidate should also have appeared for MHT CET 2024 exam and achieved a non-zero score.

All India Candidates

These candidates should have completed a diploma in engineering and technology and scored a minimum of 45% marks. In the case of reserved categories, a minimum of 40% is required. Moreover, they should have successfully qualified MHT CET 2024 examination.
