JEXPO full form is Joint Entrance Exam for Polytechnics. Candidates aspiring to take up engineering, Technology, and Architecture in government and private Polytechnic colleges in West Bengal can apply for the JEXPO 2023 exam. Candidates must be citizens of India. 

There are various courses available at various colleges and candidates must satisfy the eligibility criteria to participate in JEXPO. JEXPO 2023 results were announced on June 29, 2023.

JEXPO 2023 Eligibility

Candidates enthusiastic about JEXPO must check the eligibility details before applying for the exam. The detailed criteria for admission into various courses are as follows:

Diploma in Engineering & Technology in Different Disciplines	Students must have passed the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (Madhyamik) or an equivalent examination from another recognised Board/ Council/ Institute. Candidates appearing in the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education's Secondary (Madhyamik) Examination or its equivalent examination in 2023 from any recognized Board/ Council/ Institute may also apply. However, producing a pass certificate/mark sheet during admission is required; otherwise, the nomination may be canceled even if merit is included in JEXPO-2023. There is no upper age limit, although the candidate's date of birth must not be after July 1, 2008.
Diploma in 3-Dimensional Animation & Graphics at Women's Polytechnic, Jodhpur Park	Female candidates who have completed their 10th Std. / SSC test or its equivalent from a recognised Board.  The candidate's date of birth must not be after July 1, 2008.
Part-Time Morning Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Civil Engineering (for ST candidates only) at Iswar Chandra Vidyasagar Polytechnic, Dist.- Jhargram.	Schedule Tribe (ST) candidates who have completed their Madhyamik or an equivalent examination are eligible. Only ST candidates who are Indian citizens and have lived in West Bengal for at least the previous two years from the date of application are eligible for admission to these courses.  The candidate's date of birth must not be after July 1, 2008.
Part-Time Diploma in Mining Engineering at Harasankar Bhattacharya Institute of Technology & Mining, Dist.- Paschim Bardhaman.	Students passed the 10th Std. / SSC or equivalent examination from a recognised Board can apply.  The candidate's date of birth must not be after July 1, 2008.
Part-Time Diploma in Electrical Engineering at Technique Polytechnic Institute, Dist.-Hooghly.	Students must have passed the 10th Std. / SSC or equivalent examination from a recognised Board.  The candidate's date of birth must not be after July 1, 2008.

JEXPO 2023 Application Form

The official authorities initiate the JEXPO application process. Candidates must visit the official website and look for the application release date. The steps to fill up the application form are as follows:

• Registration: 
• Candidates have to register themselves for the examination by visiting the official website. 
• Fill in the required information, such as full name, mobile number, username, and password. 
• Next, click on register. 
• Once done, registration details will be sent to their mobile number. 
• They need to complete the application form by entering the registration details. 
• Fill out the Application Form:
• Candidates must log in to the application site by entering their registration details.
• Enter their educational, personal, and category details. 
• Once done, they must cross-check all the details and proceed to pay the fees.
• After all the above process is completed. The complete application form will be displayed. 
• Candidates must check the details and download the application form for future purposes.
