Course Structure of IPU BCA
The course structure will make the students aware of the course curriculum for their program and it will help them to plan the whole academic journey according to their convenience.
- BCA is a 3-year undergraduate program with 6 semesters.
- The course concentrates on teaching computer science and information technology to students.
- The students will have computer lab classes at least twice a week.
- The BCA students are allowed to participate in inter and intra-collegiate competitions.
- The students are offered placement training during the 5th semester of the final year.
- The student’s placement rounds will include aptitude, and computer skills - both theoretical and practical, coding, team spirit etc.
- The students can pursue an internship during their 3rd or 4th semester.
- The students are required to do a mini-project in the 5th semester and a major project in the 6th semester.
