The Government of Andhra Pradesh offers the NTR Videshi Vidyadharana Overseas scholarship for the Masters, PhD, and Diploma degree courses in the field of education. The scholarship is given by the Social Welfare Department of the AP government and is open to all Indian Nationals.

Eligibility Criteria

The citizens of India get an excellent opportunity to avail the NTR Videshi Vidyadharana Overseas scholarship by enrolling in any of the listed courses of study in countries like the UK, USA, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, Canada, etc and are available only for medical stream students. • The applicant must hold an Indian Nationality.
• The annual family income of the applicant shall not exceed INR 6,00,000.
• Only one child from a family shall be eligible under this scheme.
• The eligible candidate must have a valid TOEFL/IELTS & GRE/GMAT score.
• The candidates must get admission for the professional/ technical courses abroad depending upon their performance in entrance test or merit.
• They shall avail themselves of 33% of the awards for Women Candidates.

• The selected candidates for the NTR Videshi Vidyadharana Overseas scholarship will be presented with INR 10,00,000 along with the living expenses of the candidate.
• The fee will be payable in two installments as under:

Instalment 1: INR 5,00,000 will be payable to the students upon production of the landing permit /I- 94 card. 

Instalment 2: INR 5,00,000 shall be payable to the students upon production of semester 1 results.

• The awardees can supplement their prescribed allowances by undertaking research/teaching assistantship as the earnings from research/teaching assistance.
