Placements and Internships
The college has plenty of opportunities for internships and placements.
It aids the students in finding the compulsory internship through internship fairs.
The companies may hire the intern student based on their performance in the internship.
Placements are good with companies such as EY, KPMG, Asian paints, ITC, etc coming in.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
This college considers various entrance exams for admission such as CAT, MAT, KMAT, PGCET, or through Management quota.
Other than PGCET, all the exams such as CAT, MAT, KMAT are for eligibility criteria under management quota.
Under PGCET, if your rank is below the cutoff for the college, you can apply for admission. The cutoff changes every year.
Under management quota, the admission process consists of aptitude test, group discussion, and a final round of personal interview.
The admission process generally starts around the month of June-July.
Academics and Faculty
Classes begin at sharp 8:55am and 1 subject lecture lasts for around 1 hour and 45 minutes.
There is a short break of around 30 minutes between the morning lectures and a 1 hour lunch break for the afternoon session.
The timetable varies on various days.
There are 2 internals and the students are regularly asked to make presentations and assignments are to be submitted for grading purposes.
The MBA dept was recently NBA accredited for about 3 years.
The teachers are friendly, cooperative and have a good hold of the subject.
Fees and Scholarships
Fee is different for PGCET students and management students.
BMS College of Engineering Fee Structure. The fee for my course is Rs 1,00,000 per year and around 2.5L for the management seat.
the college also provides various scholarship opportunities for its students and they can apply if interested.
In terms of fees, no other college is a better choice for the cheap and best kind of education than this institute.
Clubs and Associations
The dept helps in organinsing various activites such as Toastmasters, MS Excel certification courses, Business analytics courses etc.
The students are encouraged to take part in management fests and show their true potential as leaders.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I had written the PGCET exam in order to get admission into the college. The cut-off rank for MBA in BMS is less than 400 I think. Once you get a seat through KEA you'll have to submit your documents and your admission will be done. Quite an easy process

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Placements:BMSCE offers decent placements. Major recruiters are ITC, EY, Asian paints. Average package is is 3 LPA. Can go upto 7 LPA. Depending upon students ability. College have a placement cell which takes care of placements as well as internships. Entrance: there are two options 1. PGCET 2. Management1. PGCET: this exam is only applicable to students of Karnataka. Minimum 7 years of education should be pursued in Karnataka. Students clearing this exam directly get admission from Government of Karnataka. To enter you need very good ranking. General merit cutoff stands at 400. Fees being 2.5 lakhs for overall academics.Management: management quota can be applied by MAT, CMAT, CAT. This student has to face written, group discussion and personal interview round.
