College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There is separate hostel for boys and girls. One hostel exclusively for NRI students There are many pg's and other options available which, is very near to the college and easily accessible The food in college canteen is actually very tasty and food in mess is delicious. Healthy meals with hygiene is provided to students with affordable costs It's very new building with amazing facilities including projector AC etc Well equipped computer lab, libraries with books ,journals , magazine . spacious dining hall and separate dining hall for the guests Auditorium etc
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Students with aggregate percentage of 60 and above can apply the Admission procedure which includes written test, Group discussion and personal interview PGCET, KMAT
Academics and Faculty
Class timings from Monday to Friday is 9-4 and Saturday it's 9-12 usually as it consists of presentation. Social and current issues management topics is chosen for presentation and every subjects contains 1 presentation 1 report , quiz , case studies etc 2 internals and SEE We have faculty who are PhD holders and they help us in providing guidelines for any terms related to curriculum or assignments projects etc Every topics of every session is clearly explained by the respective faculty and relevant examples are given It's fantabulous experience and one will fall in love with learning Apart from our curriculum we have many other Activities and value added courses like python excel Every Saturday we have toast master international meet a personality development programme.
Fees and Scholarships
BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore Fee Structure. The fee for my course is Rs 2,50,000 per year.
Students can apply for scholarships and it's available. 20-30 students have received scholarships The Allahabad bank is tied up with Bmsce and loan facility is available which includes tuition fee n rest of the students expenses eg laptop, travelling etc
Clubs and Associations
There are totally 35 different clubs associated with college every have different genre of activities Sports club music club etc The main festival in campus is utsav one of the biggest cultural fest in Bangalore Quest is Another management fest Apart from this every department have their own fests talents day n sports meet Inter college fests etc It's amazing journey with so much of joy not js academics we have industrial visits inter college fests quiz and different programme conducted by other departments such as kannada rajyothsava etc

Entrance Exams & Admissions : This college considers various entrance exams for admission such as CAT, MAT, KMAT, PGCET, or through Management quota. Other than PGCET, all the exams such as CAT, MAT, KMAT are for eligibility criteria under management quota. Under PGCET, if your rank is below the cutoff for the college, you can apply for admission. The cutoff changes every year. Under management quota, the admission process consists of aptitude test, group discussion, and a final round of personal interview. The admission process generally starts around the month of June-July.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I had written the PGCET exam in order to get admission into the college. The cut-off rank for MBA in BMS is less than 400 I think. Once you get a seat through KEA you'll have to submit your documents and your admission will be done. Quite an easy process

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Placements:BMSCE offers decent placements. Major recruiters are ITC, EY, Asian paints. Average package is is 3 LPA. Can go upto 7 LPA. Depending upon students ability. College have a placement cell which takes care of placements as well as internships. Entrance: there are two options 1. PGCET 2. Management1. PGCET: this exam is only applicable to students of Karnataka. Minimum 7 years of education should be pursued in Karnataka. Students clearing this exam directly get admission from Government of Karnataka. To enter you need very good ranking. General merit cutoff stands at 400. Fees being 2.5 lakhs for overall academics.Management: management quota can be applied by MAT, CMAT, CAT. This student has to face written, group discussion and personal interview round. Academics and faculty:BMSCE is an autonomous college affiliated with VTU. Although the college follow basic guidelines of University, they can modify the syllabus according to the requirements. The
