I have done the internship in cafe coffee day on a live project of institutional sales without any stipend just for experience purpose.companies like TCS Infosys hire from our campus.Average salary lies around 4-5 lakhs per annum highest salary likes around INR 18-20 lakhs but only for extraordinary ones. Statistically, about 70%of batch gets placed. The alumni network is strong in SRM alumnus are invited for ted talks and seminars for the guidance of juniors.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are about 15-20 hostels for boys and girls(separate).Hostel fee is about INR 1 lakh per annum.There are PGs outside the campus and there is a flat system too. It cost around INR 1.2 lakh per annum including everything. Food in College is great, nutritious and the mess cost is covered in hostel fees. The quality of classroom and infrastructure is gigantic and enormous. We have all the facilities such as 24×7 WiFi hit water sports entertainment.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Eligibility criteria were minimum 65% in physics chemistry and mathematics.SRM conducts its own entrance examination SRMEEE students who qualify this examination with good rank are invited for counseling.CSE branches counseling ends at about 4800 AIR.
Academics and Faculty
Classes are based on credit based system. You can choose your subjects as well as teachers. Day classes on average are for about 5-6 hours starting from morning 8 to noon 1 on some days if you have labs then extra 2 hours for labs. Quality of teaching is superb and their methodology is excellent. The overall experience of college is great.
Fees and Scholarships
The course fee is about INR 2.15lakhs per annum. Students are awarded scholarships ranging from 100% to 10% based on their performance in the entrance examination. On top, 5000 students are awarded scholarships. Loans are not needed and even if needed CUB and SBI provide student loans.
Clubs and Associations
There are all kinds of the club in the case of social life I'm proud to say it's the best in SRM, we have clubs for all types of people and their choice and all of them are free. You just need to show your talent. Main festivals are milaan and Aarush. They are cultural and tech fest respectively.The life in College is great and it improves your personality a lot.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria is you should score a rank below 20,000 in the SRMJEE exam. The cutoff for my course is rank below 10,000 in SRMJEE.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : SRM Institute of Science and Technology is deemed to be a University which, has its own entrance exam - SRMJEEE, a computer-based examination for 125 marks in 2 hours and 30 minutes testing your physics, chemistry, math, English, and aptitude ( will have to appear for biology is your course requires) one who is desiring to join SRM should take up this exam and clear it, the rank obtained will decide your preference. Also, on cracking JEE Mains, you will be eligible for admissions in SRM. There are various campuses, and the eligibility criteria differ for each. In the Chennai campus for the B.tech course, a minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required in PCM subjects which also should be your core subjects. On fulfilling these criteria, you can secure your place in this college.
