College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
Since it is a very old college, most of the buildings are of old construction. Classrooms are also being upgraded. No wifi facility as of now.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Admissions are based on MHT CET score. Since it is one of the top colleges in Mumbai for engineering cutoff is a bit high.
Academics and Faculty
College class timing is from 9:00 am to 5:15 pm from Monday to Friday. Quality of teaching is not that good.

Being a government aided college, fees are less compared to other top engineering colleges. For BTech course fees at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute are around INR 80,000 per year.

Student societies, clubs are the heart of the college. There are the lot of student societies like Techno, SRA, AERO, Pratinidhi, etc. The main festival on campus is technovanza which takes place in the month of December.
