Placements and Internships
Have not done any internship yet. Will get it next year. Key companies are Amazon, Microsoft, Samsung, Goldman-Sachs and many others. The average package is INR 16.8 lakh per annum. Alumni network is very good.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
I don't know about the hostels and PGs. There is 5 canteen which provides good and affordable food. Classroom and library are good. The lab has many types of equipment.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Anyone above 18 years of age has passed 12th from any recognized higher secondary board in Science course. WBJEE is the entrance exam that one is required to write. The cutoff was 150 to 170 rank in WBJEE. WBJEE rank is the only criteria on which the merit list is made for my course.
Academics and Faculty
Daily routines are organized with ample time for laboratory assignments. Very good method of teaching. A wonderful experience, both with teachers as well as with the friends. A friendly and helpful attitude of teachers.
Fees and Scholarships
The course fee is INR 2500 per annum. I don't know about the scholarships. Loans are needed.
Clubs and Associations
Lots of student societies like code club, science club, debating society, drama club, music club and others are on the campuses. Tech fest called Srijan and Cultural fest called Sanskriti Wonderful are conducted all around. One of the best place.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The minimum eligiblity to apply for admission is 50% of marks in 12th PCM. I gave the WBJEE exam for admission. The cutoff for the admission is rank between 1500-1600.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : You have to give the WBJEE entrance examination for getting admission in Jadavpur University (B.E.) or you can also apply with you JEE Mains Rank. The eligibility criteria are 1. The candidate must a citizen of India. 2. The student must be 17 years old for applying for the entrance exam as on 31st Dec of the year of application. 3. The candidates should have qualified his/ her 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with Physics and Mathematics along with any one of Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science/ Computer Application as compulsory subjects with individual passing marks (in both theory and practical wherever applicable) in all the three subjects mentioned above in regular class mode. 4.
