Placements and Internships
- I did mechanical engineering in this university and they offer internship. They provide stipend at the end of the internship
- Coming to the placements KLU'S brand name is 100% placement and many MNC's come to the provide placements to the outgoing students. I strongly say that everyone leave the campus with an offer letter in their hand's who are eligible.
- Packages ranges from Rs 3.25 to Rs 10 lakhs per annum.
- They maintain excellent network of alumni, we have an separate alumni portal in the main website where we can list our old friends
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are four hostel blocks for boys and one large block for girl's at the University premises. They look like five star hotels and the fee is reasonable.
- The food in the canteen for day scholars is nice and the price is cheap compared to outside hotels and there are three to four food stalls in the college. They provide different items of veg and nonveg items.
- Class rooms are provided with wifi router with 500mb speed and each student is provided with a login security details. Unnecessary sites are blocked by IT department people. Research sites and all educational sites are available free access to the every student which we can't access in our home freely For every department we have departmental labs with fully equipped. Now our college stood first in the cloud computing sector. All the information about the registered courses is uploaded in the e-learning site and every student can make use of it. Main thing in our college is we are having a super computer and 3D printer.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- Everyone who writes KLUEEE exam which is conducted by college itself and who are qualified in that are eligible for counseling process.
- They accept EAMCET, IIT and AIEEE entrance exam for limited ranks. They offer reservations for backward classes to join in their institution.
- I wrote KLUEEE entrancee xam and my rank was 5067 on that year and taken ECM and later after the first year I transferred to mech by scoring ELIGIBLE GPA to transfer
Academics and Faculty
- Daily routine is from 7.30 am to 1.30 pm for one batch and 9am to 5pm for one batch of student's. For every semester you are required to do one mini project and one guide is alloted to assist you. Assignments will be given to you for every course two times and you have to do it in time.
- There is nothing to say about the quality of teaching as the faculty members are ripen in it. Methods they adopt are unexplainable, live teaching using projectors and in laboratory by live models.
- Over all experience in the college can be rated as 9.5 /10
Fees and Scholarships
- I was 2012 batch and my fee at that time was Rs 1.1 lakhs per year excluding transport.
- Our college provides scholarships for the students who topped in entrance examination which is conducted by the college itself and the different national examinations.
- Requirement of loans are based on the student family status and they can easily avail from SBH and Andhra bank
Clubs and Associations
- We have KLUSO, CEA, and each department has their own society, Our Mechanical dept is known as MESA. They conduct technical fests each and every year. In our mechanical department we have clubs like ISHRAE, BAJHA, ASME which are international clubs and everyone can choose their on own
- Main festivals are SAMYAK which is a technical fest and SURABHI cultural fest which are conducted every year along with their other different departmental fests.
- Life in the college is generally a colourful one wish we can enjoy them by learning, enjoying with friends. The days which we spent in the college are colourful

Entrance Exams & Admissions : To join in Koneru Lakshmaiah University, Guntur, qualify the intermediate. I got admissions in the university by writing the KLUEEE entrance examination. Marks were not given but i secured a rank of 9000.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : My college name is Koneru Lakshmaiah University [KL University], Guntur. it is situated in Vijayawada(A.P),the eligibility criteria for my course is students must have to pass 12th class with science stream. ' For taking admission in my college there is one entrance exam name KLUEEE. this exam is for 300 marks and the cutoff marks for admission is 70. In my college CSE, ECE & MECHANICAL branch is very famous, so if any students want to take admission in that course, then they have to pass 100-130 cutoffs.

Academics & Faculty : Koneru Lakshmaiah University is a private university and very well equipped. This college has a good name in Andhra state as outsiders know but it is not all true. Duration of classes is about 50 minutes. Quality of teaching is not so good. Their teaching method is average. We have to follow dress code strictly. I also feel that tution fee is very high.
