Placements and Internships
- I've done two internships. One at Exide Industries Ltd. and the other one was at UCO Bank. The internships didn't include any stipend.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are two hostels. Hostels aren't that great. The fees are very minimal.
- PG options are pretty good. Theu charge around Rs 4-5k a month.
- The food is pretty good and one lunch may charge upto 40-50rs.
- Classrooms are airy and perfect for studying. Labs are one of the best in Asia. Libraries are great too.
Academics and Faculty
- Class timings of our College are from 10am to 5.30 pm on a daily basis. Assignments are mostly weeks and two mid-semester exams happens between the semesters which run almost for two weeks each.
- We are proud to have such qualified and prolific professors teaching us. Theu are always ready to help us and can clear almost all our doubts.
- The overall experience of studying in JU is brilliant. A very charming atmosphere around the college. Students are always ready to lend their helping hand for each other.
Fees and Scholarships
- Course fee per year is around Rs 2000.
- Loans aren't required for paying the fees of Jadavpur University
