CG Pre MCA Counselling 2023: Dates, Registration, Admission

CG Pre MCA CET 2023 counselling will be conducted after the results are announced. The qualified candidates will be notified about the counselling process and venue. The candidates are selected for the counselling process on the basis of the marks they have scored in CG PRE MCA 2023. CG PRE MCA 2023 counselling fee is INR 500/- which the candidates will have to pay via online or from SBI Bank Challan. The online payment of the fee can be done via IMPS/ RuPay/ VISA/ Mobile Wallets/ Cash Cards/ Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.

The eligibility for CG Pre MCA CET counselling includes candidates who score the minimum qualifying marks and satisfy CG Pre MCA cut off marks. The conducting body will allocate seats for qualifying candidates in the participating institutions across the nation.

CG Pre MCA 2023 Counselling Dates

The official dates for CG Pre MCA 2023 counselling will be announced on the official website. Candidates can check the important counselling events and the tentative date in the table given below.

Steps for Register for CG Pre MCA 2023 Counselling

Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to register themselves for CG Pre MCA CET 2023 counselling.

• Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website of CG Pre MCA 2023 counselling
• Step 2: Click on the 'New Registration' on the left side of the page.
• Step 3: Candidates are required to enter their Roll Number and date of Birth.
• Step 4: Create a Password and click on Save option and proceed to fill the application form.
• Step 5: Now, the candidates are required to login using the login id and the created password. 
• Step 6: After logging in, the candidates should start filling the form that appears and click on "Save and Proceed" option to move on to the next step.
• Step 7: Candidates are required to fill all the necessary details that are asked like educational details, rank etc.
• Step 8: After filling the form, the candidates will have to fill out their college preferences for the admission.
• Step 9: Candidates will be asked to make the payment or fill payment details to complete the counselling application form.

CG PRE MCA 2023 Counselling Procedure

Chhatisgarh board will conduct CG Pre MCA CET 2023 counselling in 3 rounds. The process involves various steps such as registration, verification of documents, selection of colleges, etc. A detailed description of each step is given below.

Round 1

• Selection: On the basis of rank, candidates will be selected on the 1st round of counselling.
• Documents Verification: Only after the verification of all the mandatory certificates and documents is done, the applicants will be allowed to select the desired stream on the basis of Merit.

Round 2

• Non-allotted Seats: In the second round of counselling, the board will select if there are any non-allotted seats left the CG PRE MCA 2023.

Round 3

• If there are any seats are cancelled or withdrawn after the second round of counselling, those seats will be provided to the candidates who are next in the merit list of the counselling process.
